The Georgia Department of Public Health has recently started publishing vaccination data here. They are even publishing allocation and administration data by provider (hospital / public health department / etc) here. We're charting the data in the below graph.
The raw data for vaccinations can be seen here on the web or as a .JSON endpoint for the developers here.
